These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kodoworks.in and any fellowship, corporate, or college partnership pages operated by KodoWorks (“KodoWorks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site or enrolling in a KodoWorks program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
KodoWorks is a technology company that runs work-experience based fellowship programs and partners with companies and colleges to build hiring and training pipelines. Our registered address is Bushido Towers, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
2. Using the Site
You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a form on the Site, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
3. Fellowship Programs & Enrollment
Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not guarantee admission into a fellowship program. Program structure, duration, fees, eligibility, and scholarship criteria are communicated separately at the time of enrollment and may be updated between batches. Specific commercial terms (fees, payment schedule, and any performance-linked outcomes such as placement support) are governed by the enrollment agreement you receive and accept before joining a program, not by this page alone.
4. Corporate & College Partnerships
Enquiries submitted through the “For Corporates” or college partnership forms are the start of a conversation with our partnerships team. Any hiring pipeline, training engagement, or commercial terms are agreed separately in writing between KodoWorks and the partnering organization.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site’s content, branding, and program materials belong to KodoWorks or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is”. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the Site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
