This Refund Policy applies to enrollment fees paid for KodoWorks fellowship programs. It is provided alongside — and does not replace — the specific fee and refund terms shared with you in your enrollment agreement at the time you join a program, which govern in case of any conflict.
1. How Refunds Work
Refund eligibility depends on how far along you are in the enrollment and onboarding process at the time of your request (for example, before a batch starts versus after live sessions have begun), and on the specific terms confirmed to you during enrollment. Because these details can vary by program and batch, we don’t state a single fixed window or percentage here — our team will confirm what applies to your enrollment when you reach out.
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Scholarships & Discounts
If you enrolled with a scholarship, discount, or promotional offer, the refund amount will reflect the fee you actually paid, not the program’s standard listed fee.
